Good. We hope you’re able to fix the bug. We’ll test it again by switching to your IP to see if the graphs display correctly. From our cPanel, we can see that all the graphs are currently missing, so I’m assuming a rectification is in progress.
It’s not being worked on yet, that probably won’t happen until tomorrow given that it’s weekend. But I’ll report it so it can be addressed.
iFastNet has looked into the issue, but it appears that there is still traffic coming in to your account. New hits are still being recorded. The timestamp of the last recorded hit I see was from 10 minutes ago.
You showed a screenshot showing the domain name is currently pointing elsewhere in Cloudflare, but there could be additional settings or records still pointing to our servers. There also could be other sources of traffic coming to our servers, for example due to host file overrides.
In any case, we couldn’t find anything to prove that there is actually an issue on our end.
Yes, we did mention that we would switch to your IP today to check if the issue has been resolved. We switched to your IP this morning. I’ve attached the quote below and will also include the new graph currently showing on our cPanel.
