There seems to be an issue going around. Id leave it a couple of hours and try again
OK it fixed it self
Some persistent issue with default file manager. Iād suggest you use FTP Online | The best web client for FTP for the time being or something like FileZilla.
For the record, please be vary careful when using FTP clients provided by 3rd parties. You never know if they are storing your credentials or making a copy of your files!
The online file manager linked to in the client area, and FTP clients like WinSCP and FileZilla are trusted and recommended, other tools should be used at your own risk
