I lost all my 3 accounts. Pls help, I took months to build them

Your accounts may have been corrupted by the resent outage. They will most likely come back, but without every file. This is why you always need a backup. If they are really gone, there is nothing we can do.

Admin should be able to tell us the real cause, as the above is just a guess. Please be patient for his response.

I’m going crazy.
These are full multimedia sites with many many pages. And much clients’ info.
I don’t know how to put them back on.
I maintain these webpages regularly.

Are you sure you are using the email address/account used to create those accounts?

You mentioned an error message in your other topic. Did you accidentally delete your account? And if they are deleted, there is no way to recover them, that is why you must always have a backup!.

Did not delete them. In fact, I was just going into them to update them.

Did you login correctly? Can you give the domains of the all the accounts?
Thanks

Suicidal

Sorry, but it looks like your domains have been permanently removed from your account, as they are showing the rf.gd homepage. It looks like your files, databases, and other account related information are permanently removed from the servers. There is a slim chance the files could come back, but that would be something Admim would have to confirm on.

Hopefully you can re-create the accounts and add the domain, and hopefully you have a backup you can upload to the server. If you don’t have one, I’m sorry, but you will have to start all over, and this is a lesson you only have to learn once; always, always always, have a backup

I don’t get how admin can let this happen

Well, Admin does not own the servers, iFastNet does, and they are kind of known around here to mess things up (Although it is normally not this bad). In short, there is nothing that Admin could do to prevent this, besides maybe have a more dominant banner that tells you to always have a backup in case something like this happens.

Thanks Greenreader9. You have a website here? Can I view it?

I do, it is currently under construction, but I will post it to my profile once it is complete!

This isn’t something that’s broken by iFastNet. It’s a bit more complicated than that.

Your accounts were deleted for inactivity. If an account gets basically no traffic in 60 days, we assume the account is abandoned and schedule it to be removed. We don’t do this without warning, both iFastNet and we send email notifications to let you about this.

However, iFastNet’s email notifications are not great and many of their emails end up in spam folders. Our email notifications are usually better because we purchase email capacity from a third party, but a large wave of inactivity suspensions caused us to hit limits which resulted in many emails being lost.

Combine this with a very short window to reactivate the account after it’s suspended for inactivity (yours was deleted within 4 days), so it’s easy to overlook the suspension.

We should have told you about this and we didn’t. But at the time, we simply didn’t have the means to get a message out.
