I hit the EP limit

Error Message

Hello,

I’m currently using a free InfinityFree account and my website was temporarily suspended after reaching the Entry Process (EP) limit.

Before upgrading to the Monthly Super plan, I would like clarification about Entry Process limits.

  1. Does the Monthly Super plan still have an Entry Process limit?
  2. If so, what is the exact Entry Process limit?
  3. Are accounts on the Monthly Super plan automatically suspended if they exceed the EP limit?
  4. For a small WordPress site and a static HTML calculator site, would the Monthly Super plan be sufficient to avoid the EP-related suspensions I experienced on the free plan?

Thank you.

Premium hosting is a very different service and any further question should be sent to them directly.

For your inquiry:

  1. Yes.
  2. I forgot but it’s much much higher.
  3. Premium accounts simply gets throttled when you hit basically any limit instead of being suspended. Your website will keep working fine even if you hit the limits.
  4. Since premium hosting doesn’t suspend accounts for hitting resource limits even if the cheapest plan would do. But of course super premium would be better.

Finally please note that iFastNet stopped selling monthly plans for premium hosting. Not sure what the catch is.

Thanks for the quick response and appreciate the info!

I’ve hit the EP limits a few times - meantime, you might want to consider moving your site behind Cloudflare free as that might help reduce unwanted traffic.

While Cloudflare is a good thought in this case, please remember that you need a custom domain, not a free subdomain to use cloudflare. I know OP has one, this is just a note for anyone looking in the future
