What is it supposed to look like, and what’s the “error” version some people see?

looking at your page (www.kurdsell.com) I can’t see any obvious error. As Edward said, we need to know what the error looks like, and ideally if there was any distinctions about the users who see the error (eg, everyone with ISP B)
