I can not enter to wp admin, it showed me this message:

" There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

Other Information
When I was adding a plugin “google tag manager”, the website stopped working.

I did not encounter that error, does this error only happen when you try to login to your wp-admin dashboard?
