I have 2 questions - free hosting wordpress related

So im trying to use webhooks to SEND data to discord when I create a post, but it doesnt seem to be working. For example if I make a new post Id like it to announce that on discord.

Discord is specifically blocked on free hosting, which includes sending data to it.

Secondly, in wordpress admin I cant seem to update any wordpress files from within. It gives an error. How come?

Could you please be more specific? What’s the error message say?
