No. Discourse requires Ruby on Rails, which is not supported on free hosting.
What sofeapp? Do you mean softaculous? I don’t think you can install plugins that way.
There is not an official one, but an unofficial one may be out there.
Only Admin can answer that question since he is the owner, and only employee. Everything here was created by him. My guess is going to be “no” however.

And no, I’m not hiring. It’s just me right now and I can do all the work myself. I don’t want the hassle of managing staff, especially not remote workers.

How do I upload plugins for flarum
You cannot install flarum on free hosting, if you have premium hosting with flarum installed, then run the compser installation command in the terminal or via SSH from the plugin author. Ex. composer require author/repository. Find them at discuss.flarum.org
