my site for some keeps sending this website is the servers down or something. I tried it on a alternative device same result.

yeah my site also is on 185.27.134.99 and it was down yesterday and its now suspended for hits limits even though its been unaccessible for a while… I saw 745,000 hits in my dash before it was suspended so I think the IP got DDOSed. Is your suspension temporary or does it say “We cannot reactivate your account. But if you want to receive a backup of your account, please submit a support ticket to request it.”?
temporany and you know you get your site back if it is ddosed since the site was taken down unfairly
I do? I’ve submitted a ticket but nothing’s happened its been 36 hrs…
If it’s a temporary suspension you just have to wait or out. But the suspension is still fair even if it’s a DDoS. End of the day your site still reached the hits limit and was suspended to try to protect the server from going down
ok, thanks for that. I’m pretty sure its not just temporary but I have submitted a ticket and will wait it out. It’s really annoying to get your months of hard work removed for a situation beyond your control… thanks for the help @Markus_Parkus and sorry about taking over your thread.
