However, to help you, please keep in mind the following:
- If you need help, that’s a support question, and those questions go into the Hosting Support category, not the Informal category. I moved your topic now, but please choose the right category next time.
- If you’re having problems with a website or web page, always include a URL. Most people here can’t see which websites you have, and those who do have no desire to check potentially multiple accounts with multiple domains for an issue which we may not be able to reproduce.
- If you’re having an issue, always describe the issue. “I can’t open the website” is what you experience, but that could mean hundreds of different things with at least as many possible causes. Please always describe what you see, and especially make sure to share any error message or error code exactly as they are shown to you.
If your website is down because of a PHP update, that could mean that your website code doesn’t work with the PHP version you’re using. If so, then the solution is to update or fix your website code so it can work with our PHP version. Just waiting for the problems to solve themselves won’t work, because your code has a problem, and code won’t just fix itself.
