The account creation flow was changed yesterday and the ability to create an account with a custom domain was removed.
To create an account with a custom domain, you’ll need to first create it with a subdomain, and you can add the custom domain once the account is created.
This was done to reduce friction in the account creation process. And if you wanted to add your domain with CNAME verification, you had to go this route anyway.
