I cant download eCommerce template

Hey , i am new in wordpress, I am trying to download eCommerce template but WooCommerce installation is incomplete.

Error Message : Your installation of WooCommerce is incomplete. If you installed WooCommerce from GitHub, please refer to this document to set up your development environment.

(after installation have meassage :instalattion failed)

what could be the problem? (in my local conect the template installed normaly)

You must download WooCommerce and then upload it in parts using Filezilla. Make sure the parts are less than 10MB each. Here is a clear explanation on how to install it by hand and why you got the error:

All is good , i made debuging , my plugins are updated , wordpress is updated … but i cant import ecommerce template … why???Screenshot_1

I don’t know why. All I know is that many more people get this issue, but so far it’s not clear why the Starter Templates plugin doesn’t work sometimes.
