i cant connect to any of my ftp sites

my websites are:
http://blazeclicks.is-great.net
http://blazecity.is-great.net
http://blazenews.is-great.net
they are working fine but when i try to connec with my website it says error…take a look at this screenshot

same… i can’t connect to my ftp and access to my file manager :frowning:

Same here: trying both ways to connect and upload my files fails like so:

1. from infinityfree.net
    click “ACCOUNT SETTINGS” -->> click “GO TO FILE MANAGER”
    Login
    Error!   Could not read line from socket
2. using ftp to connect directly to: ftp://ftpupload.net:21
    Response: 421 2900 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
    Error: Could not connect to server
