But i have verified the domain with the cname validation
Then add the domain. You only have to do one of the validation steps, not both.
More specifically, you only can ever do one of the two validations at a time. It’s technically impossible to both setup a CNAME record and use our nameservers, because you can only setup a CNAME record in our nameservers after the domain is already set up.
