I bought a premium plan and I still cannot activate it, I try to generate a ticket and it does not allow me the web because the captcha does not work. If you can’t, you won’t let me ask for my refund, I need an urgent solution.
There is currently no way I can contact them as their support is down. You promote them, initially I thought it was a service that you provided, I hope you can contact that company since if you did not help me, I could take it as a scam
