I can't access the websitename/wp-admin/ of my website

I just created a WordPress website with softaculous, but I’ve not been able to access my WordPress Admin page of the website. Though the website itself is available faithart.free.nf but it’s admin page faithart.free.nf/wp-admin isn’t available.

Have not been able to login to configu the website to my taste.
