Hi, my username: epiz_29215245 and I just add my custom domain " yuvalearn.tech " to infinityfree.net my site is live but I can’t access softaculous apps installer its show the error 'Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry ‘’ I try time to time but its not accessible so please help me I want to install WordPress on my site
If you just created the account, you need to wait. It can take 24 hours to setup a new account.
Thanks for the reply, but a couple of days before I’ve just created a free subdomain account ‘’ yuvalearn.great-site.net ’ 'provided by infinity free.net to test hosting services before adding my own custom domain, and that time everything gone very quick and within an hour i can install WordPress and set up a site so I think its better speed and support and add my custom domain but this time everything gone different …so hope everything will right very soon …
Maybe try waiting a few hrs for the domajns to propagate.
Note that every account is different, it depends on how many other things the server has to do before creating for account. You must have gotten lucky the first time.
