i cannot access my control panel

The control panel is working fine from here. Do you still have this issue?

And if so, could you try from another device and network too to rule out any connection issue specific to you?

Yes, you already told us the error message. I know what that message looks like, I don’t need a screenshot of it to understand that it doesn’t work.

What would help me help you is this:

i Try With Different Network Using My pc, I Also Try from my monile device but the probleam is same

Have you tried on your mobile data? If there’s an ISP block, even being on a different network, it might still be blocked if you’re connected the same internet service provider.

i Using mobile data but the probleam is the same

Can I check what browser you’re using? and do you have any ad-blocker or similar plugins installed?

Just trying to rule out things that might block the connection

i Use Google Chrome on window 10

i did whitelist infinityFree in my ad blocker extension and at first I could still access the client area and cPanel. But after the extension Updated I started facing problems again. Could you confirm if disabling the ad blocker completely or adjusting the whitelist is the best solution?

I can’t confirm, but it might be worth trying disabling your adblocker temporarily to see if that works.

if that fixes the problem, try adjusting the whitelist

i removed the extansion from my chromo, what should i do now, i cant acces the c panel its show the same probleam

Right, so the ad-blocker wasnt the problem.

Do you have any other new plugins that you’ve installed recently that might be causing the issue?
