Resetting the password does not work. I receive no email in my gmail acccount!

How do I fix it?

Try resetting the password in the client area?


Don’t use the built-in password reset function of the control panel. That’s likely the reason why logging in doesn’t work in the first place.

You can always view or update your hosting account password from the client area. You never need to do a password reset.

If you do end up changing the password outside of the client area, some client area functionality will stop working, and it may even break your website in the future.
