I am getting below error while I am trying to install softaculous app installer
Maybe your firewall is blocking connections to the 2082 Port used by cPanel. Please open those in the firewall or contact the network admininstrator to fix the problems.
Like @Ergastolator1, I suspect the issue is a blocked port on your network as well.
You can verify this by checking the default cPanel demo at http://demo.cpanel.net:2082/. If you get the same error there, then the port is blocked in your network. If you see a login page, then the issue is something else (don’t bother trying to login there).
