I accidendtly deleted htdocs folder instead of deleting index.xtml . what should I do now???

you can create a new htdocs folder and upload your website files there, sadly your old site is gone
if it was a wordpress site your database will still be ok so you could reinstall wordpress and get your content back

Thanks, it worked. I reinstalled Word Press.
Is my SSL certificate is also gone with old website?? because my site isn’t providing secure connection.
hmmm as far as im aware the ssl certificate should still be working but I could be wrong about that ?
when you visit your SSL Certificates do you see anything active there ?

SSL certificates are not stored along with your website files, so deleting your htdocs folder does not affect your SSL certificate.
Also, please note that your website is using Cloudflare, so any SSL error from your browser is related to the connection with Cloudflare.
I just checked your site with HTTPS, and this seems to be causing a redirect loop. I think that this is a Cloudflare configuration issue:
By default, Cloudflare uses a system called “Flexible SSL”. In this system, Cloudflare secures the connection between your visitors and Cloudflare, but not the connection between Cloudflare and your website. Not only is this less secure, some websites (notably WordPress) have trouble detecting whether HTTPS is in use, causing all sorts of issues.
