Still trying to figure it out, i just updated the aspect ratio of thumbnail then this causes error.
Unless your code is adjusting the aspect ratio of the thumbnail, I don’t think that’s the cause of the problem.
We can’t see your php code, but I’d suggest checking what lines 47 and 48 do, to see if that highlights the error

Something, either your ISP or the hosting servers, are blocking you from accessing your website.

Yeah if i use VPN, i can too. Idk what happened, i just uploaded a file then while uploading turned off my vpn midway. Maybe i messes it up.
