.htaccess keeps disappearing

.htaccess keeps disappearing. I upload it using ftp. It is fully formulated for my needs. And yes, I can see hidden files and when .htaccess disappears, I see results of it not working. And yes, I upload it to my htdocs dir, not touching .htaccess on parent dir. Help?

Have you tried uploading it using the File Manager?

I just Uploaded it using the “Angular File” FILE MANAGER. inside htdocs and it works perfect.

Yours works perfect, not him.

I tried to upload a .htaccess file to your account through MonstaFTP, which worked fine as well. Could you please follow @ChrisPAR 's suggestion?

uploaded using file mngr. Opened htdocs using ftp - empty. Opened file mngr - empty.

.htaccess disappears when I disconnect - both from ftp or and file manager.

and how to turn on email notifications about new messages on this forum? Thanks.

Could you please post the contents of the contents of the .htaccess file here, and specify the exact path you’re trying to upload it to?

it is too long to post here. Take a look here: http://www.jaras.org/qwertyui.txt

That domain name does not seem to be pointing anywhere. Could you use a service like Pastebin instead?

is that 502 error?

No, it is ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED error and we cannot see the website.

Nope your website is not pointing to InfinityFree’s Servers and not even pointing to any hosting provider.

Have you set your Domain’s NS already?

Why do you have so many blocked IPs? Try removing some and try again, or explaing why are all these banned.

should I explain this to you or by “explain” you mean some technical solution?
