We do not restrict any TLDs (except for .tk due to abuse), so a blanket ban on ccTLDs is definitely not the issue here. More likely, the .com.np domain is not present in the list of known TLDs, and since it’s a third level domain, it’s incorrectly detected as a subdomain. I’ll check whether that’s the case.
