I can’t log in to my website. I don’t know which password to use. I just want to reset it. I tried the “lost password” link from lulgate.rf.gd/wp-admin/ and filled my email address but I am not receiving and reset email in my inbox.
Other Information
Also, I use to access my website through the InfiniteFree control panel but I couldn’t find that option. I don’t remember how I logged in before. right now that I am trying to access my site using wp-admin because I can’t remember how I accessed the development panel of my website before.
Please help.
(I still have access to my control panel, file manager and SQL login)
It sounds like you forgot your WordPress password. If this is the case, make sure you are entering the email/username that you used when installing WordPress. Also, I’m not sure if WP is allowed to send emails through InfinityFree. Did you install WP through softaculous?
