There is no way to get back the default files if you deleted them, but there isn’t really any reason to either. The hosting account will work correctly out of the box.

If you insist on getting a fresh set of files, you can always go the route of delete all domains from this account and setting them up on a new account instead. After all, there is no better way to get an account that’s good as new than actually creating a new one.
