What makes you say cURL is broken?
The error message clearly says “Peer reports it experienced an internal error”. That means that whatever site you’re trying to access with cURL just broke down. That’s probably not an error with your website, and definitely not an issue with cURL.

Ah, I didn’t realize you were trying to create an autopost bot.
Just FYI, we don’t allow autoposters on our hosting. Bots like that are abused a lot for spam, and since it’s hard to distinguish legitimate and malicious bots, we were forced to ban them entirely. Because of this, you may find that the Telegram API is blocked on our hosting.
So please don’t host or try to host your posting bot here.
