No, that’s not possible. iFastNet offers reseller plans if you wish to resell cPanel hosting

Our terms of service specifically prohibit the reselling of hosting. There is also a long list of reasons why it’s a bad idea even if it was allowed.
If you want to resell hosting, just get a reseller hosting account. They are designed for this purpose.
