How do you to point your nameservers to ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org?

Hello! I cannot reach my website due to the problems with the rf.gd Domains. In the note by the admin it said that it might help if you redirect the nameservers. How can a do that on the Control Panel?

Well, you can’t do it in your hosting control panel. The nameservers are something configured through the company where you got your domain name.

Note that this only applies if you have your own domain name, you can’t change the nameservers on free subdomains.
