Creating multiple topics is not gonna do the trick.
From what I can see, you probably just deleted all the files. In that case, no one can help you. If files are deleted they are deleted, and you cannot recover them, unless you have a backup locally.
I posted in multiple threads because I just wanted help. Instead of giving you a nice response like “Can’t recover”, you closed my post and avoided answering my problem.
That’s why I answered this time?
Why didn’t you tell me from the beginning? You’re going to close the thread for me?
Back then I think it’s better to wait for Admin for a response. But you are creating multiple topics on the same issue, so I moved it here instead.
I created it because I was afraid that the admins would not be able to see my post.
This is something I can assure you, they will. No need to panic and create multiple topics, that’s against the rules.
In summary, can it be recovered?
I’m sure I didn’t delete the file. I’m using CloudFair. When I went back to the website, the file was gone.
That’s why I said the first time I didn’t reply and wait for the Admin instead. I have 0 access to the internal system. Admin might have more insights, though if files are really deleted there’s no way to recover them, at least not from a backup here, because we don’t keep any.
It might be possible that when moving folders around you accidentally deleted something. Do you still have such an impression/
I didn’t actually delete it.
In that case, I cannot help you further, unfortunately. Please be paitient.
If you want help, please just ask once, and in the right place. Spraying the same question repeatedly in different places is a great way to get your forum account banned for spamming. How do you expect to be able to get help when that happens?
You had a topic here which involved moving around htdocs folders. Now it’s gone. It’s very likely that they are related. That’s why we moved your post here.
If you disagree, talk to a moderator. Just don’t go ahead and create new topics until they will no longer be deleted. Because they will be deleted, until your profile will be.
I did not do anything. However, the “system” user also has the InfinityFree logo as the avatar, just like I do.
As for your question itself, it seems that the htdocs folder is gone, and I don’t know where it went.
But I can tell you that we don’t create backups of free hosting accounts, so we have no way to roll back your account to a previous state. If the files cannot be found on your account, then we don’t have them anymore.
Look carefully, it’s not the admin
Ok thankyou
Um ok
