How do I migrate my WP website to a new subdomain account

How do I migrate it? I can’t use WP plugins since infinityfree prohibits me from downloading files larger than 10mb, Are there any alternatives or solution to this?

Is the new subdomain going to be on the same account as the old domain? If it is, you can just use an FTP client like FileZilla to move (NOT copy) the files from the old htdocs folder to the new one.

I can just move the .htdocs folder? Will that ruin the functionality of my website? My website is quite complicated.
