It won’t; it will still work if the record for it is still pointed to the free hosting server your website is on.

I mean is it necessary to enter the record of the subdomain again to cloud flare

If it gets detected automatically by the DNS record scanning system, there’s no need to do anything else. Just make sure the record is pointing to the same IP as the records for @ and www; if it doesn’t get detected, you’ll have to add one for that as well.
