How can I edit a subdomain?

I have my webpage “.rf.gd” and I have created a subdomain. My question is, how can I edit that subdomain?

As far as what I understand in your situation,
You can’t edit the subdomain of you have already add it.
You may want to delete your subdomain and create another subdomain.

I’m referring to how I can edit the content of that subdomain. My idea is to create some subdomains “es. fr.” etc … for different languages and I do not know how to edit the content. since it appears blank.

As far as what I have still understand you,
You will need to go to the htdocs folder of your site and that is where you will edit the content of your site.
Or you can use ftp software to access your htdocs folder.
Since you are using a subdomain, this is where your htdocs folder will be located:
Go to the ftp file manager,
yoursubdomain.com>htdocs
You will just use common sense on this.
