Hosting warning haven't accessed site all day

What I’m seeing is: received the cpu usage email

I’m using this software: WordPress infinityfree

Additional information: After being fed up with getting the CPU usage suspensions I went ahead and purchased ifastnet premium today. I sent the request to have my site transferred. Is there a way for you all to see that the process has started? There’s no reason I should be getting the CPU warning when I haven’t accessed my site all day. I did that specifically to avoid this!

Edit: they have moved my site files but now I’ve got like 3 wordpess installs . Is it safe to delete my files from infinty? Also can i move my custom email address?

I’m sorry, but I don’t have any way to check any premium account or migration from my end. Only iFastNet’s support can help you with this.

Yes, once your website has been migrated, I think you can remove everything from your free hosting account and delete it. To my knowledge, email accounts and their contents are not migrated.

However, again, iFastNet’s support knows much more about the migrations than I do, so they should be able to answer these questions better than I can.
