I have no idea what you’re talking about. We don’t secretly delete files. And we definitely don’t delete a WordPress core file that doesn’t reach any limits.

I don’t what happened to your wp-settings.php (nor do I have any way to actually check anything since you didn’t include anything to help identify your website).

But usually, mysteriously deleted WordPress core files are often the result of an automatic upgrade going wrong. If so, you can fix your website files like this:

So just to be clear: we didn’t delete your files. Your website deleted it’s own files. If you don’t want that to happen, you may want to disable automatic updates in WordPress.
