So you see the status page, you see that we are investigating, and you see that no solution exist at the moment.
Asking it on this forum will not speed it up.
Your account appears to be active. It’s not processing, and doesn’t appear to have been deactivated at any point.
Yes, there is an ongoing outage, and we’re working on it. And if you read what it actually says, you’ll know that the problem it talks about is not one you have.
So what is your question exactly?
And if you just want to “bring this to our attention”, then please don’t. Remember that it’s our status page and the issues displayed there are things we have put there. Informing us that we have made an announcement is not helping anyone.
