Hosting account if0_40156764 not showing in my dashboard

Other Information

My website (rent-control.ct.ws) is still live and working, but in my InfinityFree client area it says “No accounts yet”.

My hosting account username is if0_40156764.
I also tried the password reset form using both the username and my domain, but I did not receive any email.

Please help me reattach this hosting account to my client area or restore access to it.

It’s probably under a different email. Check other inboxes you have (including the spam folder) to find the password reset email.

Thanks — I’ll check my other email accounts and spam/junk (and Promotions/Updates folders). If I still can’t find it, could you please resend the password reset link or tell me which email address you sent it to? Also, what sender address should I look for so I can whitelist it?

You can resend the password link yourself from the reset password page. For security reasons, we can’t tell you what email you used as there is no way to verify that you are the real owner of that account.

The email should come from [email protected]
