Other Information I logged in to find my hosting account has disappeared with the message No accounts yet. Active Accounts: 0/3. The only deleted account is from 2018-10-26? My website is still up and I can still upload with FTP? Before this happened I was trying to set up SSL. It was pending. When I logged in to check status my account was gone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Was your account inactive? Did you receive any email notification?

No my account was active. My website is still up and I can upload to ftp? I did not receive any email and I checked spam folder.

Also, when I try to create a new account with the domain name that I was using I get the error message:

Validation error
The selected subdomain is already in use on InfinityFree. Please remove the subdomain from your other account at InfinityFree before you can add it to a new account.
