Hosting account detached after HTTPS change – website inaccessible

Hello,

I had a WordPress website hosted on InfinityFree on my custom domain miraluxe.in.

After changing the WordPress URL from HTTP to HTTPS, my website stopped loading.
Shortly after this, my InfinityFree control panel started showing zero active hosting accounts, even though I did not delete anything.

I later created a new hosting account, but it is empty and does not contain my website.
My original site existed before this issue and was working.

I believe my original hosting account has been detached or orphaned due to the HTTPS change.

Could you please check and reattach or restore the original hosting account linked to miraluxe.in?

As for the issue itself, I can tell you a few things:

Firstly, it is completely impossible for a setting in your website to change any settings of your hosting account, including making your hosting account disappear. The software on your website could at worst delete all files of that website and empty the database. And changing the website URL in WordPress should never have that effect, unless you have a plugin going crazy or something like that. Judging by your description, my best guess is that you logged in to a different client area profile with a different email address, which was not the profile that actually had your websites.

Secondly, I cannot find any past or present records related to the domain name miraluxe.in in our system. This could either mean that the client area profile hosting it was deleted, or the domain name has never been hosted with us in the first place.

The domain miraluxe.in appears to be hosted with ByetHost (on the byethost7.com slice specifically) right now. If you setup your website there, you should be able to login to the VistaPanel control panel with your ByetHost username (starting with b7_) to manage your account.
