Hi InfinityFree Team,

I’m trying to import a WordPress backup (.wpress file) using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin on my domain: express.ke

The import fails or gets stuck, and I suspect I may be hitting a server limit such as:

• max_upload_size
• post_max_size
• memory_limit
• execution_time

Could you please let me know:

1. What the current PHP limits are for my hosting account on express.ke?
2. If you can temporarily raise those limits to allow the import?
3. Also, could you provide error logs from the server for express.ke — especially around the time I attempted the import?

This will help me diagnose and complete the migration successfully.

WordPress backup plugins often don’t work correctly here. Please perform a manual migration instead

PHP memory_limit is 512M
PHP max_file_size is 20MB
PHP max_execution_time is 60 seconds
All of these limits are same across all hosting accounts

That’s not possible. We don’t store server logs and cannot raise these limits, so just perform a manual migration and it will work
