Heyyy i got a dns/server problem?

I’m currently experiencing a serious issue with my hosting on InfinityFree and wanted to check if anyone else is facing the same problem.

Multiple of my domains (including ones that were working perfectly fine before) are now suddenly showing errors or not loading at all. What’s strange is that this is happening across different domains at the same time, even though nothing was changed on my side (no DNS edits, no file updates, no configuration changes).

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

- My internet connection and devices (same issue everywhere)

- Different networks (including mobile data)

- DNS propagation (everything seems fine)

- Browser cache / different browsers

Because of this, I’m starting to think it might be a server-side issue or something related to InfinityFree infrastructure (server downtime, temporary suspension bug, or internal error).

Could anyone confirm:

- Are your websites also down right now?

- Is there any known outage or maintenance happening?

- Has anyone experienced something similar recently?

If any staff member could clarify what’s going on, it would really help. I just want to understand if this is something on my end or a broader issue.

Can you access http://CT.ws ?
If not it’s might be e your isp blocking the ct.ws domain, or that your IP is in a range that has been blocked

No, I couldn’t access http://CT.ws⁠� at first. Everything was working fine yesterday, but today the issue started happening. I already tried to fix it but it wasn’t working.

I then switched now to 4G, turned airplane mode on and off to change my IP, and after that it started working again, but it feels a bit slow. Could it have been something related to my IP or network?

Interestingly, it was only working on three sites and only on iOS during the issue.

Sounds like either your isp have stayed blocking the domain, or your IP is in a blocked range… Only Admin can check for an IP block.

I have a few additional questions for you:

  • Can you please share what is the exact error message and/or error code you see when you try to visit your website?
  • Are you able to access other websites on our hosting on different base domains? Like example.infinityfreeapp.com?
