Your site gives me an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS issue. Have you set up Cloudflare’s Flexible SSL?
Update: It seems to work fine for me now, I guess this was a temporary issue:

what could have been the reason? any specific thing i should avoid does a good amount traffic cause this?

It could be the browser has cached the HTTP version when you first visited it, then turned on the SSL setting. Chrome caches redirect rather quite aggressively, so you might end up with a browser that keeps redirecting to the same page. A simple cache clear should do the trick.
There is nothing to avoid as this is a local temporary issue. It will not affect new visitors to your site.
