And why was it “closed”? Maybe it was deactivated for inactivity, then you forgot to reactivate it in that period and the hosting account that contained it then got deleted after some days we told you you could reactivate your hosting account (not after a while, because they are different periods)?
There is no need to repeat yourself; we already know a backup contains the files of your website, but sadly we don’t keep any backup of your files and once a hosting account is deleted everything on it will be erased. Learn from that mistake and always make sure you have a backup on your side, as every single free hosting platform doesn’t guarantee daily/weekly/monthly backups or backups generated by support requests even by ticket.

If it is important, you would have kept backups.
Even backups on paid hosting are not usable 100% of the time.

As you can read in the client area:
This account was deleted on 2024-05-26. If an account is deleted, it is erased from our servers completely. This account cannot be recovered or restored in any way.
Please carefully read it again, especially the last sentence.
Because if we say that it cannot be recovered, then it cannot be recovered, and there is no point in asking us to recover it for you, because it is impossible.
