If you want to create a website from scratch, you’ve got to learn HTML, CSS, and JS. Those three scripting languages are needed to achieve what you are asking. I suggest you go visit W3Schools Online Web Tutorials and learn those languages.

Login to your Infinityfree account and click on your hosting account.
And after that, click on File Manager
Then head to the htdocs folder
Inside the htdocs folder upload your index.html file. And keep in mind that all of your website’s content will go inside that htdocs folder.

I see that you have a file called Index.html
instead of correctly (lower case) index.html
Note - the server is case-sensitive

I think you shouldn’t expect rich website functionality like embedded games, accounts and many other things you want to do. Wordpress is mostly a blogging platform.
I means embedded twitter posts basicly like social media embedded posts
