So you are moving to IF from ProFreeHost? Login to the control panel from ProFreeHost, go to the domains tab and delete the domain.

there is no delete option, just a pause

Are you sure you are looking in the control panel?

You can probably “pause” the account. But if the account is active, you can go into the control panel and remove the domains from there. If it’s currently paused, you need to unpause it first.
