It already explains well, it looks you’re either using your account password instead of password of account of your site or your password permissions are corrupted:

Too Many Redirects PhpMyAdmin

All I see is because your password permission is corrupted, it can be fixed with changing password of your site through clientArea (ClientArea->your site->edit account)
