It works even though I delete my site from hosting. This is due to why.

The reason I deleted my site was that when I updated on ftp, it was not visible on the site.
Caching. You need to clear your cache. Also, the title should represent the main idea of your post, not a random message.

I already answered that. Its because of browser cache.
Because the website is on iFastNet’s premium hosting. So you need to manage your site through iFastNet’s cPanel.
When your site was migrated (presumably), iFastNet made a copy of your site here and uploaded it to their premium servers. So your free accounts remain with a full copy of your site. That copy can be safely deleted without affecting your actual site, but please do make sure to make any changes you want to make to the premium account only.
