How is your htdocs folder configured? Can you share a screenshot?

Check that you’re using the correct htdocs folder as well (this is from the article for 404 errors, but can also apply here):

Check the home directory of your domain

In the Domains page of your account in the client area, you can find the domains of your account and the folders on your account they are linked to.

Please make sure that the domain folder listed there actually exists on your account (every URL will redirect to a 404 page if the domain’s website folder is missing), and that you uploaded your website files to that directory.

Does your site happen to be on one of the affected by the recent outage volumes?

403 error

Is your site on hosting volume vol1_7 or vol1_8? If so, then you’re probably affected by this issue: If your site is not on those volumes, can you please share the URL of your site so we can check it?
