Have databases been deleted?

I went onto my website to check something, then I see it spits out an error. I know this is normally because something is wrong with the database (such as it not being able to connect), so I went to check databases in the control panel and saw they seem to be missing

The database servers were having some issues, which is why the database from your website, as well as the database list in the control panel, were not working.

That has been fixed since.

I got the same problem for my account today and till now, all database has been removed and I can’t add new ones. Anyone can fix this problem please?

Database removed without me doing anything and even if I try to add a new one it doesn’t get added.

When I try to load the website I get the error: “Error connecting to the database: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused”

This is because the databases are temporarily unavailable. You’ve done nothing wrong, but they’ve gone offline. If you can’t accept that sometimes services go down, consider upgrading to premium.

I have other domains and in those ones the databases are working properly, just in one domain they are not working.

That is because they are most likely on different SQL clusters. Can you share which one the improper one is on? It’ll look something like this:

sqlXXX.epizy.com
