What happened here?

### Analysis Error

**An error occurred fetching the page: HTTPS error: certificate verify failed**

_"There may be a connectivity issue between your server and the GTmetrix test server. Please login to try testing from another test location or try again later._

The Certificate I use is Zero SSL. Can anyone here predict what happened and help me fix it.

The Certificate was set to expire on October 5, 2022. I inserted the private key first then upload it then inserted the certificate key and generate csr. I have completely answered all the field in there. Still was not sure on what happen, maybe some records like MX, AAA and more are missing in some areas or missing completely are causing this.

> When you check your InfinityFree SSL certificate with online SSL checker tools, you might see a warning like this: The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. This warning sounds scary, but it’s actually not a problem for your website visitors. What this warning means for your site You can safely ignore this warning. Your site will work perfectly fine with HTTPS for virtually all mode…
